Entering The Twilight Zoneby jbsmithanaComment: This is pretty grainy, a run through NeatImage clears it up well. Ignoring that, though, this is a nice shot. Good amount of light and a decent composition. |

The Bridgeby rigriderComment: Nice exposure. I don't know what the sign adds to this picture; to me it's a distraction but maybe you wanted it there so I won't come down on that too hard. And personally I'd like the whole picture moved up a bit, with less on the bottom and more on the top. But this is all nit-picky, overall this is a very nice shot. |

Crossing the Muddy Maryby HeavyComment: Nice leading line and clarity. The clouds and bridge look really pinkish to me, was that just the lighting at that time of day? |

Bridging the gapby trainComment: I love how the lighting makes everything glow. Really good picture, in every regard. And the well-done border adds a nice finishing touch. |

Crossing The Chasmby SammieComment: Wow. There's such a sense of distance and bigness in this picture. Well done, the only improvement I can think of is maybe taking it from a little closer to the bridge so it feels more 3D, like it's going away from us instead of just across the frame. It's starting to do that, but I feel it would be cool with more. |

"under the bridge"by piticuComment: Great idea for an angle. I like how this is so sharp, and how the lines draw us back into that triangle hole. There's an awkward amount of bridge on top, I'm not sure if I'd prefer more or less of it. I think maybe less, like right around where it switches color. Oh, and good two-tone look. |

Three Bridgesby EaThisComment: Nice concep and colort. It's not as sharp as it could be, maybe that's a bit of a shake, maybe it's a result of the low light, I'm not sure. And I feel like I want to see a wider angle of this view, which would make the good lines you have draw us in even more. |

Homespunby bananashayComment: And....that's what I get for putting a last-minute (literally) entry in. I knew I'd get hammered on this site for the lack of anything truly in focus. But man, I spent so much time shooting these things I had to enter something. I'm a bit skeptical about the 75 scores of 3 or below though. It's not beautiful, but how is it that bad? And why didn't you explain yourselves? Message edited by author 2008-10-10 21:45:56. |

Yellow holeby rhipsterComment: I am amazed this didn't do better. It's beautifully composed, among other things, and the soft color really works. Why must people insist on perfect sharpness all the time? Especially for a picture like this. Nice work. |
