I like the idea of this shot a lot but I'm not sure I like the red highlighted so much. Whiskey has such a nice color, to me it would have been cool to show the real skin tones, a clear glass and maybe some back-lit, glowing brown whiskey. Great idea though.

I like this photo very much. Someone's "glow" is an interesting choice and you captured it pretty well. I like the lighting on her and the frame to the right. The only thing I don't like about this photo is the metal corner. It's not too distracting but isn't "earthy" like the rest of the picture.

I like the DOF you used to really bring out the eyes while leaving other parts of the face a bit out of focus. Really draws you in. Wonderful use of color too. Great "National Geographic" type photo. Good job.

Confirmed. Boa Constrictor Imperator, common name is "Costa Rican Red-Tailed Boa". Beautiful snake. Now why didn't you reach down and remove that branch from the top of his head before you took the shot? ha ha.

It's hard to tell from this image size to see what effects you've used, but to me it looks like the skin tone has become a bit gray and unnatural looking. It may have also effected the lighting or also the separation between the boy and background, because he almost looks "cut and pasted" into the dark background. Maybe on a larger image it would be easier to see.
