I like the contrast between a very old looking pole and the new paint. Makes the newness of the paint stand out a lot. I know this is getting really really picky, but the pole appears to be leaning slightly to the left. The background is very pretty and I like how you have the background out of focus. It brings out the subject more. Nice shot and good luck with the challenge.

I think this little guy is so cute. I think the metal object behind him is a little screw thing, which would help to understand his tiny size. The title is gameboy, but the object he's holding is a bit dark to really get any detail of what it is exactly. He looks like he's made of wax and is sitting on something that looks to have dirt on it. I like the lighting and orange tint. Makes him look like he's chilling out by a campfire or something. He's got one eye closed, but I'm not sure why cause I still can't get the detail on what he's holding. i tried enlarging it and brightening it, still no luck. Just because I don't understand it, doesn't mean that the message isn't clear to someone who knows what they are looking at. The actual focus of the photo is great. Good luck with the challenge.

I like the angle of this photo. It is nice that the flowers don't go from corner to corner, rather from corner to the edge. Vocus is good and lighting is great. The bouquette in the middle is particularily beautiful. Good luck with the challenge.

This is a very nice photo. Depict something new very well. I can't quite make out everything the sign says, but wouldn't want the angle to change. I like the angle and the lighting is great. Hope you let us know the location of this. Very intriguing. Great job and good luck with the challenge.

Sometimes I can be totally oblivious to the obvious. At first, I thought this was a match and some kind of cigarette case, or cigar case. Then, only after staring at this forever, I realized that it is a pool stick. Here is the irony of this. I love pool, play it all the time and as a matter of fact have my own pool room in the basement of my house. The fact that I love the game, does not really mean that I know anything about the history of pool, therefor the reference to the signiture in the title didn't hit me. I think that maybe someone that doesn't know anything at all about the game may not be able to identify it. But, since I can, I'll let you know that I love how you put the green in the background to symbolize the felt table. That was very clever. I know you did it on purpose, making the tip fuzzy like that, but if it were maybe just a little bit clearer the slow people (me) could identify it a bit quicker. I'm just afraid someone is just going to glance at it, say "don't know what this it" rate it low and go on. I'm personally giving it a higher rating. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

This is very beautiful. I can't tell by the photo, and I have never seen it before, so I'm going on your word that it's a new statue. Very nice detail and the light is ok. Wish it were a tad bit brighter, but who knows, then it might be too shiny. I like the angle this was taken at. Gives the detail of both the woman and the eagle. Great shot. This photo hits hard with me cause I have a little boy too who will be going to pre school in the near future. This could have been entered into the fear challenge too! I love how you captured the word school in the photo like that. Wouldn't make as much sense if you had left that out. Really nice photo. I only slightly understood the title the first time I glanced through and voted now I see the little lunch bag. That's too cute. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

Ugh, looks like my backyard. Not quite sure why you did this in black and white. Without the color, this kind of looks like shiny marshmallows. I would have to see the comparrison of this with the original color though to decide which I would like better. The lighting is great. I like the little sun star reflections on the bales. Makes them look new. I definately see the reference to the challenge here, and the angle is very nice. Good luck with the challenge.
