I think this is a really cool photograph, and I love the contrasts of wall and curtain, the image in the mirror, and those perfume bottles. I interpret this photo as the curtains providing the darkness/escape from the sweltering heat. I wish this photo could have more effectively relayed the heat and escape for the theme.

I like the contrast bewteen landscape and sky, but the landscape seems to blur together instead of keeping its separate details. I would have liked to see clearer contrast within the landscape, I think.
