Serendipity is a difficult concept to visualize. For me it means being at the right place, at the right time, and being lucky enough to capture something unique. Some of these entries are set up shots trying to illustrate that concept, and some record a serendipitous moment experienced by the photographer themselves. Can't really tell which one this is. It's an interesting image. But it's the title that ties it into the subject matter. If someone saw this image without that supporting information, they wouldn't think "serendipity".

I think we're celebrating an upcoming addition to the family. However, I'm not sure how this narrative illustrates serendipity. I think, from my viewpoint, it's too busy. You might delete the photo of the three kids, and put the pregnancy test in a more prominent space.

I'm assuming we're looking at a diamond in the rough hiding amongst the candy eggs. It makes for a colorful image, however, if someone were to see it outside of the competition, I don't think "serendipity" would be the first thing they'd think.

The subject matter is interesting, however from a formal standpoint, it's not well served by this composition. You might have had more luck with a tighter crop, or perhaps a view from above.
