Cool.

I was thinking about trying to fasten an old lens to an adapter ring I have using a simple bellows. My idea was to make a crude tilt and shift. I made a start on it by removing the lenses original mount so I could get it close enough to the film plane. Now I need to figure some means of attaching it to the adapter ring so that it can move. One day I may finish it ;-)

You have done exceptionally well to achieve focus by just holding the lens in place!

I agree with Yanko, it looks better without the road. It seems to improve the composition and the road is a little distracting too. I wonder if a little darkening of the top of the sky would help to draw the viewer deeper in. For all I have said, I like this image.

Thank you for your comments Pineapple and for adding my picture to your favourites. This is in the Yorkshire dales, a little further north than the areas affected by water shortages. It was a great day for photography, with the sun breaking through the clouds and painting the landscape.

They are actually a little swarm of insects, they show up nicely in the full size image. You can see them in the image âFields of greenâ too. They added a little extra interest I thought.
