Mr. Pibbyby justin27Comment: The can seems a bit out of focus and the "software blur" is really really notorious... Check the bottom part of the can!
BTW: can you use gaussian blur on a selection?
Checking basic ed rules says:
"filters must be applied uniformly to the entire image"
