This should have been rated much higher than it was.. Ive commented on several waterbird pictures today, and this one really caught my attention.. Another rare add to my favorite photographs! I honestly cannot believe this isn't in site favorites, and that's alot coming from me! The colors are wonderful, the water is spectacular, and the photograph appears to be flawless! If only the water were blue, I'm sure this would have made it much higher.. Stupid misfortunes of nature..

I didnt even know it was b/w until I looked for the color in the eye.. Personally, I think it wouldhave looked better with the color, but I only comment on the best of the best, so you definately have my attention on this one! Spectacular shot!

Underrated.. I cant stand it when people mark down a shot that they know they couldnt have taken nearly as good themselves.. I see nothing wrong with this picture as it belongs the way it is! Fantastic!

While some may argue, I like the spaciousness of the photo, as it gives it a feeling of standing out a bit, and a lonliness.. But yes, the focus could have been better (If it could have been helped, that is) and this is just my preferrance, the photo looks amazing as it is, but if only the sky had been blue that day.. Blue water would have made it better in my eyes.. But color itself is nothing to judge..
