I almost gave this 10 for humour/originality/thinking outside the box etc. In the end settled on 7 - I think the winner ought to have more going for it technically/composition-wise than just a good idea. Fair?

As to the title, struggled to think of one so, as it's a man looking through the blinds, thought blind man would work.
