| The title is fitting. It has a cold feeling, as I am sure the blues and mist create this effect. I really like the attention to the detail in the foreground, and way off in the distance, you can see the lights of a city/town. It's a very beautiful picture, executed well. |

| Love the tones, perfect choice to convey the feeling of cold. Great exposure to give the water that misty look and I like the almost hidden city and mountain in the background. |
