I like the light on this model. Very sharp. I love this man's expression. You really captured him in a moment of repose, it seems. He reminds me a bit of my own father, which makes my vote increase! |

Love portraits that´s not studio work. Lovely shot. Lighting from window is perfect. Great composition. Well done! High score from Sweden. |

the bookshelf behind is somewhat distracting. I'm tempted to say I'd have cropped out the right side past his face, but I do like having the extra space, it'd just be better if there were nothing there. Of course I understand this was probably unavoidable. It looks like the light is a little bit harsh as well. I do like the expression and the pose in general. It's a good shot. 7 |

I like this shot. I think the lighting on his face is perfect. I might have cropped out most of the stuff on the right side, but then again, it does kind of lend a sense of "place" to the shot. |

Awesome textured face, but I think this picture loses out some because of the lighting, and maybe the contrast. The background is also quite distracting. Since I'm guessing this is a family member, or someone readily available for photos, I would have tried to put him on a plain or solid background. |

Now that's my idea of a portrait. Good job. I love the tones and the details. Really like the facial expression. My first 10 this week. Good luck. |

Nice shot. I like the lighting but I would have preferred more sharpness on the face. It's the face that defines this photo and it seems just a little soft. |

Nice angle, lighting, DOF. A persons face reminds me of a book, only with many more chapters. Good job. |

Great expressive portrait photo. I like how he has his head turned towards the light to hightlight his face. Brilliant work. |
