Margaret- I haven't been a member in 12 years and just joined again. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to vote in this challenge, but as far as I'm concerned you deserved 1st place. This is the winner. I looked at the score for you and the 2nd place winner and it appears hat you lost in the 7-8 range of votes. He had 3 people who voted 10 and you had 13 people that voted 10. I for ne vote 10+ for this shot and plan to add it to my favorites. It was a job very well done. |

Perfect toning and a wonderful absence of halos for this sort of tone-mapped look. I really like the coloration too.
Congrats on getting another ribbon! |

Holy Moly, Margaret you are on a tear. Had you &I faced off in the first round of BYOA challenge with this challenge, you would have definitely Wack A Moled my entry:-) I found that the brooding sky and the moody sea paired with the empty bench is what truly makes this shot exceptional in the mood projected. |

Very similar shot as I had in mind for this challenge, took a couple of bench shots but didn't get the shot that was in my head that as I say was more like this than the ones I managed to take locally.
Lovely shot and congrats on the Yellow. |

Your photo's seem to be the only ones that go up and up, during a challenge, mine go down normally after a peak. |

Love the tones and textures on this one. That wood grain is spectacular and the angry sea is beautiful. 10 |
