And It's Been the Ruin of Many a Poor Boy,
And God I Know I'm One.
My Mother Was a Tailor,
Sewed My New Blue Jeans.
My Father Was a Gamblin' Man.
Down in New Orleans.
Now the Only Thing a Gambler Needs Is
A Suitcase and a Trunk.
And the Only Time He'll Be Satisfied
Is When He's On a Drunk.

Oh Mother, Tell Your Children,
Not to Do What I Have Done.

The House of the Rising Sun (Animals). I love that song. (And guessed it of course.)
Your image is beautiful and delicate, and (even though it's a long way from New Orleans)illustrates the title satisfactorily so you have met all requirements of the challenge.

Such a famous line "..in New Orleans". Did anyone guess something other than "The House of the Rising Sun"?

Lovely mystical qualities to this image. Would probably look great printed out on a canvas really really big. Bumping up one. Back to guess "the house of the rising sun"?
