a beautiful site from many images I have seen. Here I think you should have cropped the sky or the water more as you have left the frame bisected by the horizon line without a lot of visually interesting elements since the main structures are all in silhouette |

We get these perfect coastside shots infrequently, and when they happens it sure does bring home the fact that we live in paradise. Really good image. 10 |

So... didn't this rock formation just get a Blue? :-) Still nice, even here in this challenge. Another way to show the same image would be slightly earlier, as the last light was still hitting the rocks so that there was some detail on both the rocks and the image. However, maybe at that point the tides would have been different and the image non-existant. |

Wow. That's a pretty view of Haystack Rock. The reflections in the surf are fantastic. Good Job!! |

Beautiful sunset. IMO cropping a little at the bottom would improve composition. |

Looks like Mr. Robinson's backyard. :)
Beautiful image, although the horizon looks a tiny bit tilted to me. Good work!

I want to go there! Great colors - the pastel pallete really works well. At first glance it appears like the horizon isn't level due to the wave patterns. Texture in the forground water is great - but you may want to crop out some of the sky to keep the horizon away from dead center. |

Gorgeous. The evening colors and reflections add to the scene's tranquility. |

Beautiful. Reminds me of "The Goonies." Colors are also very subtle and even appear desaturated which I think forces the viewer to pay more attention to the composition. I probably would've made the colors explode and lose the viewer's interest in the rocks. Great job. |

Great location and light. I would have preferred a less centered composition. Showing either more sky or more water. I think showing more water and maybe the beach would have worked better. |
