Non-traditional portrait but still portraying essence and despite landscape orientation just as valid as traditional portraiture but not in conformist blinkered DPC?

Ai tog, only 2 comments!

There is an abundance of character discernable in the image. Very difficult to let it shine through in a high contrast image, but those top-eyelids are just-so.

The glimpse of colour is also very much to my liking.
