Shot at a horse pull some 4hrs drive and 200km from me...worth the trip, even the downpour! It just bucketed down. I saw some guys take refuge under the eaves of the building every other spectator was heading for, so I joined them, as the just-finished light horse class (less than 3400 lbs combined weight) leaving the arena. So I shot em.
In the driving world, reins are called 'lines'. But here the alliteration was so obvious - heavy rain making the lines/reins sodden and sagging under its weight

post challenge: Wow, this is the only time I've ever shot at a high ISO and not been dinged for noise!! :-) Maybe I should do it more often, so long as it's heavy rain like this. |

| I love this. I wish they had horse pulls around here. I went to a tractor pull once but I'd MUCH prefer to watch horses. |
