Yummy...and so easy to make! Got some sirloin tip steak, grilled it up to about medium-rare, sliced it thin and added it to the spring mix salad, pasta and grape tomatoes you see here. And oh yes the slices of peppers are grilled too.
Shot in early evening around 6pm. Setup is almost identical to the last summer meal entry, with the red-checked tablecloth and outdoor bg. The rustic chair is one of my kitchen chairs, it's called shabby chic. Tried to take some pages from the books of James Tse and Thomas Noguchi, who often shoot for the LCBO magazine available in Ontario liquor outlets.
