Thank you for the details Mark. I honestly thought this was a room in a gallery where an exhibition took place.
Great room as it is. Sure you'll continue to renovate the room? ;)
I still wonder about the floor: it really looks like it's flooded? |

I wished the notes would tell us a bit more on this.
I found this so odd, beautiful, scary, artistic...all at the same time. |

Beautiful composition. Love the streak of light leading to the skull, the shadow, textures and angles. |

An oddity for sure. The way the column of light hits the steer (?) skull, the flooded or floorless room, the featureless three-dimensional space. If not composed, it's one hell of a find. Metaphors abound. |

Beautiful use of light leading to the main subject. Great tones too. |

The tones & textures of a tomb. All that remains of some ancient myth. |

I like the 90 degree rotation, the textures.
Who would hang such a skull on the wall? There is something soulless about an animal skull, and the malevolent demonic quality of horns is present. I get the feeling of the end of life, and this is the waiting room outside Death's office. |
