Antique gold watch bought from a dealer in Downtown St. Paul years and years ago. Fascinating man. He knew Dillinger and most of the gangsters that hung out in St. Paul during prohibition.

My mom and I always wanted to go back and hear more of his stories, but we could never find the place again.

I set the watch in a small bit of water on a pizza pan. It made me really nervous doing it, but it was a really small amount of water, and the watch doesn't work anymore anyway. But I still tried to keep it out of too much water.

a very nicely photographed shot like the reflection I think it adds something to the composition, FWIW have the hands at 10 to 2. that makes the face look better .
