| Having trouble understanding the story here. If the people have light bulb heads what are the giant light bulbs laying around them? Are they giant severed heads? |

The thumbnail suggested gyaban but the full size reveals Samantha T.
10 from me without hesitation.
If I had to make a tiny suggestion it would be a cooler skin tone (more deathly) and a little orange glow along the top of the dress near the lit bulb.
