 I had a definite picture in my mind that I couldn't fully get.I wanted it to look slightly disturbing and weird.
Makeup was the hardest part!
Cropped, resized,selective lighting /exposure, colour, sharpen and reduce noise.

I'd say you achieved your goal! Impressive set up. I think a little tweaking with the lighting might have helped a bit with focusing the eye, but I really like this!
