This is nicely executed bug shot, but need to close in on the detail and let the lady rule her roost instead of being suffocated by all the bokeh. 5.6

One of those nearly macros - brighter circles of confusion with more glow and a ladybird that was sharp without the added structure would do well; but I predict a little lower than you hope for - 5.98

really nice, beside the main motif I like the bokeh. But I'd choosen a slightly closer crop. 6 from me and I predict a 6.1 just like your guess

I bet you end up being pretty close. I see this as a good bug photo, but nothing much more. I gave it a 6.

9- I like this shot, underestimated yourself with my vote LOL one of my favorites and I call my ribbon on this one gave it a 9 the softness feel, tones, the delicate lady bug.. I am guessing a 5.1 for your avg

Good bokeh helps spotlight this pretty "lady." Maybe I would have cropped some off the bottom but the sharp focus on the subject is a strong plus for this image.
