Looking at [user]jjbeguin[/user]'s extensive portfolio I was trying to define it somehow, which took some time... Not because of lack of style or anything, but simply because he is so versatile! And what came up eventually was the word "serendipity", since none of his creations seem to be staged, but rather stumbled upon and brilliantly captured.
So I ended up not submitting few of the set shots, but rather this one, which was sheer luck with the person passing by (ok, the mist is always there, there's an exhaust in the wall :-)).
Very honored to get a [user]posthumous[/user] blue and such an incredible amount of nice comments, a fave and high votes in the challenge with so many amazing photos!
Have to thank [user]jjbeguin[/user] for the true inspiration!

Very strong image won't quickly fade from memory and if it does will demand refreshing. This is an example of how a single element not only ties it all together while providing that essential opposite to make the point. The statuesque solitary person among all the modern chaos makes it work. Hard to imagine how it could be improved.

Severe modern lines paired with more traditional structures, nicely conjoined by the steam and punctuated by a solitary,soon to disappear, figure. Nicely seen and handled, well within and honoring JJ's vision.
