Yes! I knew this one would win. So very deserving! Congratulations. The effort you put into emulating his style shows in this amazing image! |

beautiful shot. I would peg it on ubique if I did not know he was hiding in the bush. Congrats on the double blue! |

Very strong image won't quickly fade from memory and if it does will demand refreshing. This is an example of how a single element not only ties it all together while providing that essential opposite to make the point. The statuesque solitary person among all the modern chaos makes it work. Hard to imagine how it could be improved. |

I love everything but the left edge (too bright, pulls the eye) and the leaning feel. 7 |

Perhaps more evocative of a Nixter for me but that's hardly a problem. An easy 10 for me. |

Great image. I love the mix of light and darkness, and the person almost hidden there in the darkness - fantastic. Spot on for a jjbeguin to me. |

Severe modern lines paired with more traditional structures, nicely conjoined by the steam and punctuated by a solitary, soon to disappear, figure. Nicely seen and handled, well within and honoring JJ's vision. |

not the decisive moment, but the spectacular perspective. I'm adding this to my list of candidates for an actual jj, just because it is so good. and I'm giving it my blue.

So many wonderful elements in this image. Leading lines, shadows, steam, and geometry to name a few. What a find! |
