Meeting the Challenge: Well done!
Composition: Very good, I like the crop, even if some below don't agree! You took this at a very nice angle, accentuating the heighth of this old house, and the capture on a clear day helped bring out the blue in the home. The repeating circles and straight lines are nice, and even though I'm not crazy about the shadow on the porch, it emphasizes that nice round roof.
Techical Quality: Very good. The only thing I might have done differently is to have tried to get this on a partly cloudy day or when it was backlit if possible so that the shadows wouldn't be so pronounced. Very nice DOF, very clear shot with no noticeable post-processing issues.
Creativity: Good, as said before, really like the way this house towers into the sky due to the angle of the shot. Maybe not the most unique shot in the challenge, but still nice on the eyes.
Conclusion: Very well done photo, can't say much more. Except to ask if this is in Pine Bluff, AR??? I'm an Arkansan(Jonesboro) and noticed this city name on your comments.

| Ever so slightly tilted. If you croped this I would have liked it left a little wider on the left side. Good dof and the fence top really makes this photo nice. |

| Love the round towers on this home. Also love the color of it. The sky is beautiful. Looks like everything was going your way this day. Gone are these wonderful wrap around porches. We need them back. This photo could be used in an advertisment for this home or location. Beautiful photo, well done. It's at least a 9 |

| Interesting house. The tight framing is a bit overwhelming though. Makes the photo too busy. Also, the shadows are very strong. |

| Very cool house. I would loved to have seen it without the harsh shadows, but with such a beautiful, clear day... Nice clear shot, with great focus, I love all the detail on the house. I like the iron fence in the foreground as well. The windows do not seem to be the subject of the shot; the house seems to be the primary subject, but since there are windows in the shot, it does fit the challenge. |

| Excellent, sharp photograph of this old house. You will get whines about the dark shadow, and why didn't you use a reflector or three strobe lights for fill. Good for you for submitting an actual photograph - not even a sexed up border. 8 JEM |

| very pretty coloring--you couldnt have asked for a better sky! the only thing i might have done differently was either cropped closer in to the center cloumns or wider to allow a little more room for the curves to be accented by the lines on either side. nice work! |

| This is truly a beautiful picture of a view of the past. Color is very cool, makes one think of time on the first porch sitting in a rocker,remembering life at a slower pace. Give it a 9 |

| Nice blue and I think that the fence makes a nice bottom frame, but the crop is a bit tight on the left side. |
