 IRL I'm the superintendent of a school district with 3700 kids in nine elementary schools. Every year, our charitable Education Foundation supports fundraising for the schools by putting on a 10k/5k/1k race. It's called the Lemon Run and it's one of the kickoff events of our community's annual Lemon Festival.

This photo was taken near the finish line of the kid's 1k "Fun Run." The boy in the lead was actually not the winner. As a matter of fact, he probably looked more like the group behind him for most of the course. At this point, in the course, however, family, friends, and photographers were everywhere.

He wasn't the only one to be captured putting on a good show at the end... he was just the most dramatic.
