Thank you giantmike for the great comment and vote, it's your typical oil and water image, but this time I sprinkled some green colored speckled sand, I used blue food colouring in the water also...the fact that I accidentally spilled too much was to my advantage, that gave it the very vivid blue colour, which I accentuated a bit with PP. I was quite happy with the result that I achieved, with a a little bit of experimentation it's amazing what you can come up with.

Jomari was the closest guess, it was sand not glitter though :)
