 Lily on my refurbished Queen Anne wingback chair, giving me her best Cersei Lannister impersonation :-)

Had fun doing the lights for this setup, using two 5'4 striplights - one to light from directly over the chair, the other at a lower angle to illuminate Lily and get those glowering blue eyes!

post: Considering how much Lily used to hate it when I shot her with studio lights, and how good she is now with them, she's come a long way. And she's not really evil, she just looks that way :-)

An appealing image that meets the challenge well

Wow, that is one evil looking feline! The backdrop of the chair only adds to her sinister atmosphere. The lighting works really well, you did a good job here Susan, well done.
P.S. I had to look up Cersei Lannister, glad I did!

Susan, congratulations on TT it should have ranked higher. I should have guessed this was yours. I love that chair and your kitty reminds me of my Siamese Manx I had. I miss that baby girl.
