Composition/Content The base the beads are on is dirty and not square to the frame. Very distracting to the image. The idea is not bad, just not pulled off very well. It might have been better if the entrance to the maze was not so long and then your finger could be on top of the base, that way the table top would not be distracting.
Challenge Does not meet the challenge. Waldo is a person that is hard to find in a picture.
My Opinion Focus and lighting is ok, but I would have cleaned my subject first and framed the subject better, at least in post processing. I would also try to meet the challenge a little better.

Very original idea here. It's deception right? Trying to show which way Waldo went, when all along the finger is Waldo.... good! You nearly fooled me there :-)

I followed the maze but never found Waldo. And I really thought the challenge was to be able to find Waldo, an actual person, in whatever the photo was. A finger is the closest thing to a person I found. SO...to me you have not met the challenge, even though you do have a colorful, nicely focused unique composition. Because you didn't meet the challenge I can't give it more than a 5.

why ? it's a bad photo, aret he hairs on the camera or the subject ? theres no focal point, looks out of focus ... admitedly i like the humour factor, but my ribs are still intact

i dont understand it?

Ehhh, I think you missed the point of the challenge. Is your finger the waldo? I don't think so. The maze ends and waldo isn't in the maze.....Good color and focus, well taken shot. Challenge aspect - no, not really met. 7 Swash

Pictures of fingers do not belong in a challenge like this.

Don't get it at all

I don't think you hid the person well enough! I would have cropped the left edge, and moved the finger in appropriately. Also, it looks like you have a lot of dust / hair on the lens of your camera (or are these scratches in the board). Unfortunately I really don't think this meets the challenge and I don't understand the significance of the maze / title.
