 This is actually a rehash of an image I shot in 2014. Fortunately, I got a few images so I could revisit it.

Nobody was hurt, not my car!

Simply one of those times you feel fortunate about always carrying your camera around with you. This was just a Tuesday on the way to work. I saw this thick, black column of smoke as I was headed down the road, thought to myself, "THAT can't be good.", and there it was sitting in a parking lot of a motel. The fire crews, cops, or whomever had not yet arrived, so I had this completely unobstructed view. I just *had* to use it here somehow! LOL!!!

Great shot and congrats with the Red. One cannot imagine this in real life and would rather have thought this to be a Hollywood shoot.. yet in voting I was not fooled in Realising... Dang! This is real. Well deserved

Amazing that the outer metal skin of the top part of the rear right door just in front of the door handle is actually melting as if it's made of plastic....great capture

WOW .. what a story ... and talk about being in the right place at the right time .. and of course you took your camera and talent with you ..
its a fantastic photo .. i can almost feel the heat coming off it ..
many congratulations on such a well dang moment and the red ribbon ... which is a very fitting colour considering the flames etc ... ;)
