Caddyshack? I am glad you used the clean shoe for this one. They didn't get any lower down than this one. Nice for a difficult challenge.

Antz!

Cute. Well exposed, I think. The lighting on the bottom of the book works well to emphasize its texture, as well as that of the grass. You could easily have ended up with a blown out or completely white sky, but it looks pretty good.

Catchy title.

Ouch!

nice shot. the grassy surroundings let us know exactly where we are and what's happening.

Pity about the title

Very cool shot. I gives you the feeling of being an insect.

Funny! A little more off the shoe would've worked even better, IMO.

A polarizer would have done a good job on the sky, if you've got one. Nice choice of focus. I usually don't like oof foregrounds, but it works at this scale.

he he ... I was thinking of doing something similar. Nicely done. Good job on the focussing too. I would have moved/ripped out some of the grass on the left so that they didn't get in the way of the shoe, and showed a little bit more sky. Just my opinion tho'

04/29/2002 08:09:00 AM
