 i stabbed myself in the knee getting this shot because I initially kneeled down in front of it and got stabbed by a million loose spikes and burrs. the fun part was pulling it out of my knee -- it was embedded in there !

I like the background colors, and how the cactus reaches diagonally out. I think i'd prefer this if it was cropped above the horizon though, and just show sky.

Very nice sky and great silhouettes. The composition is very strong. It may be a little too vivid for use as a stock photo.

This is a nice representation of a southwest evening, but I feel that the cactus is a little overbearing. It needs to be there but not quite so strong, at least for me. 5

Although this is a very nice scene, it seems to be lacking sharpness which is one thing a photo editor would be looking for.

You caught a stunning sunset/rise here. The colors are brilliant. I'm not sure about the placement of the silhouette, though.
