Nice lighting, he is much darker than the background and that makes him stand out more.

| such a nice shot, at core. Oversharpened by a great deal, to the point of producing a halo between figure and ground. the slightly off-center cropping isn't working for me; all that space on the right is not helping the picture. I wish it were a bit more centered, and especially that I could see all of the basket. |

| I absolutely love this shot. Probably because it makes me think of people I know! The black and white is the perfect choice. This shot, like a few others in the challenge, actually leaves me with so many questions - wanting to know their "story". Also, I just noticed the border - classic and understated it complements the photo well. |
