Greetings from the critique club!

My first impressions of this picture are wowee! This is so incredibly busy, but not in a bad way, if you get my drift. I like this picture a lot, and it's got a lot of lines in it, but... I agree with some of the commenters. The idea of the leading lines was for the lines to lead your eyes toward the main subject of your photo. There are a lot of loose interpretations that can be made, but this picture just doesn't fit, however loosely I try to make it fit.
Well, aside the fact that in my opinion this may not fit the challenge in the traditional sense of the word. ...
I think this is a stunning photograph, and the score definitely reflects that opinion as being truth. It is well composed, and the colours are perfect. In every other way this photograph is perfect. I think the only thing that got your score lower was that people didn't think it met the challenge enough.
Good luck in future challenges mate :)

Great pun :)

Nice though I think it would look a bit better if you could find an angle w/o the chain track in it.

Very fun, interesting idea! I like the colors and the twisting lines, I probably would have taken a closer shot and tried to figure out how to get a straight line to lead into the curves somehow. The strong lines at the top right keep my eyes from lingering on the curves...they have a tendency to shoot your eye right through that corner...in and out! Fun idea though...worth exploring some more i think!

Great colors but I don't think the lines are leading to anything. The whole thing is a bit busy.

Awesome Picture

They take me all over the place, without going anywhere. Is a good photo, with good DOF, color, lighting and tone. 8

Great color. Looks like a painting. You are right; your leading lines are misleading but I love the picture anyway.

Nice (mis)leading lines! The colors area amazing here, what a contrast wow. You've composed this one very well. Although the lines aren't leading to any main subject I'll still give you an 8.

So, what park is this from?

Very nice -- quite a fun image! Is this Cedar Point, by chance? Whatever the case, I think it meets the challenge very well. Brings to mind the phrase "organized chaos."

Wow, subject, color, clarity, brightness, and composition, this shot has it all! The snow on the ground MADE this shot - it just wouldn't have had the same impact for me if that had been grass. The snow gives the shot an almost surreal quality. Very cool. 10

these are interesting lines for sure, but they don't lead the viewer to a subject... - setzler
