The food is very well lit & focused (and looks hella tasty) but the pepper mill(?) like thing at the back looks like it's growing out of the fish. A row of wine bottles would have made an excellent background judging by the one in frame. |

Hmm. Looks good enough to eat. Nice color to it. Good presentation. |

I like the foreground but the background is too clutered. i might have concentrated on the plate and changed the angle making sure everything was in focus. like the texture of the herbs on the tomatoe |

This is certainly making me hungry! Nice presentation (for the meal)! For the photo I might suggest a little more DOF to get the wine bottle and pepper mill into focus and to get the entire contents of the plate in focus too. |

This shot is just phenomenal :) I love all the textures and colors and I'm drooling heavily while typing this, and that despite the fact that I've only just finished lunch! I could easily see this on the cover of a cooking magazine. The only minor nitpick I have right now, and it's not even a nitpick, but a suggestion, I guess, is to move the peppermill further to the right so that the fish doesn't melt into it. |

Looking at this photo makes me hungry. A good photo is supposed to stir something within the observer and you have achieved that with your image. I can almost smell that fish and the herbs. Very good shot, and nice shallow DOF. |

All the elements are there, and the colors are appetizing. It's not as clearly focused as could be. The DOF is too shallow. Still looks yummy though. |

Good color. The pepper grinder rising ut of the fish is very distracting. A little more DOF is probably warrented as well. |

Yumm, looks delicous. I would have removed the salt shaker and replaced it with a glass of wine, and then slightly increased the focus on the bottle and glass. 8. |

Nice pix,but the background is kind of distracting.Baby a wider shot with the bottle and (shaker?) in focus against a more neutral and open background. |
