Cool abstract. That one spot of color on the washer(?) is great. I wish the code along the left was more perfectly parallel to the image boundary, but it also looks like it might be on a curved surface and so that might not be possible. |

Composition- Good job isolating the subject, assuming you are trying to show the bolt and the serial number as your subject. The 2 screws at the bottom might be a distraction. Perhaps they belong completely in the shot, might have helped with framing. Background- all part of the whole, no way to change it and no reason to either. Technical- very nice focus, good exposure especially with the use of a flash. Overall Impression- Meets the challenge, technically good, at the least I am wondering what this is part of (garbage disposal?) Not a terribly interesting subject to begin with, but a good photo of it anyway... 7. |

Can't exactly tell what it is to tell how it's upside down. |

I see the upside down text on the label hee but I'm having a hard time determining what is upside down here... maybe the photgrapher? |

Great, clear image, but I'm confused about how it is upside-down. |

Problem with macrophotography is that you lose what you are taking a picture of unless you actually have a small subject. I have no idea what you are taking a picture of but I can only assume its the bottom of some machine. |
