 Patience, lots of cloning out dust and bubbles, curves, sharpen, hues, slight saturation. I'm really happy with this shot. Hope I don't get voted down for it being another water drop.

nice work. the reflection in the drop, though, seems to be strong enough that you probably could have cropped 60% off the right and 50% off the bottom. as is, i'm afraid you'll be catching the cliche-shot backlash.

Creative. Beautiful droplets and ripples. I like that the checkerboard is an unusual color, and I like that it is in the droplets. Neat effect. Very nice lighting.

This one grows on me as I look at it. First I noticed the large checkerboard with ripple effect. Next I saw more checkerboards in the column of water and finally the drop with a perfect checkerboard in it as well. Well imagined and executed.

Two Classics. I have this one in my favourites. Excellant capture & I like your crop. This would of looked just as superb with or without the border.

as far as the series of these go on DPC, the quality is quite poor unfortunately. the foregound blocks show a lot of noise caused by processing or digital zoom.

You're right.. it is. Did you hue shift? Whichever you did, something has caused some serious quality loss in the extreme ends of the toning.

This is very well done. The purple is kind of overpowering though - you can't really see the water as well.
