I just kept thinking of the poor slob who's wife or girlfriend, knocked his head off for making a connection between her, the gorilla and the piece of jewelry.

"Hey honey.......I saw this gorilla wearing this pendant around it's neck and I immediately thought of you. Happy Valentines Day!!!

There is too much emphasis on the gorilla. The jewelry seems to be an afterthought. Should have focused more on one piece instead of hiding the earrings and the such.

Im not a huge fan of the toy, some of the jewlery is hard to make out, it might have been better to just use the pendant which looks good

This has alot of potential. The comp is great and the gorilla leaves some interesting negative space for text placement. There need to be more attention drawn to the product. More emphasis on it so we know what's being sold.The text needs revisions and should have to tell what the product is. Good start.

The focus on the jewelry needs to be spot on sharp. Unfortunately, that's not the case here. I like the idea, the execution just needs a little work.

This one doesn't work for me.
Not the content per say, but the way the bear is against the background. The edges are very harsh / halos present and an odd shadow at the neckline.
Still met the challenge though (5)

Cute idea. The background doesn't seem to work too well with the "model", unfortunatly. And although i understand the concept, the 'ad' should be about the jewelry, which we don't see very much in the picture. Text is also not very interesting. 5
