I have yet to post anything here that I liked myself, but the positive feedback is great and also the comments...

I like the angle of the shot and the desolate feeling. 7

Something funny about this picture, it has something to do with the trees I think you can almost charcterise them, nice photo, maybe you should have taken an angle to get rid of this shadow in the top or maybe just cropped it out, but I really like this photo anyway

Coming back for comment and a better look. Minimalist yes, not very colorful but has a nice balance and meaning. I would have cropped out the top shadow...

I can't figure out what the subject is.

Very well seen motive, but if you would have just cut the shadow at the top off, then this image would be A LOT stronger, just try, maybe you will agree.

The trees seem to be the strong point in this picture, so IMO this doesn't meet the challenge.

The trees seem to be the subject of this shot, rather than the playground rides. If that's the case, they are too large a part of the image to fit the challenge. Needs a different composition, I think, to make the rides the clear subject, assuming that was your intent.

the trees over power the little park a little much but nice shot.

What is the subject, trees or playground equipment? If the playground stuff was not in the shot I think this would fit the challenge even better.

i think the pattern the trees make withthe playground move this image away from minimalism -
neat picture / not for thsi challenge

Is your subject the merry-go-round or the trees? I had the same problem, but I like you photo and I did not rate it down.

I really like this

It really strikes me with the lonliness, even though it could use some photoshopping for the bright grass.
I've added it to my favourites.

The very nice array of the trees shadows the merry-go-round (sorry I am not a native speaker so don't know how is called that device). The shadow of the 4th tree is a little distracting, too.

i just don't know what to focus on with the 3 trees and the little playground thing.

dark shadow behind playground equipment kills this...everything else great

Shame about that upper shadow that's distracting. Still, I love this shot. I gave it an 8 :)
