Hi Lawrence. Ah another E-20 user :-)
When I first saw this image I was amazed at how deep blue the sky is and I wondered if you used a polarizer on your camera for this shot. The perspective is awesome and adds to the photo. The tree depicted as a silohuette is also amazing. The building in my opinion could have been left out as it is competing too much with the tree, also it subtracts a little from the "weather" aspect.
All in all a decent shot, but lacking on the "wow" effect.

The tree is like black lightning in this image. |

I love that tree, it has great lines. I kind of wish it was just the tree and the sky |

Good perspective pic. The sky is a little on the dark side methinks. The tree is a little distracting, but does add to the perspective of the shot. |

the chaotic lines of the tree work well against the straight lines of the building.. Your stretching it a bit with the challenge though.. 7 for a good photo. |

Very good composition. I'm not too sure "weather" comes to mind when I see this but it's a great shot. |

love the spideryness of that tree, though weather isn't the first thing I think of when I see this picture. |

Nice image. I really like how the tree is in front of the building. It conveys the idea a little more thoroghly. |

Nice crispy blue sky you captured there. I wouldn't have placed everything so centrally though. |

Great perspective shot, and a good approach to the challenge. My first thought was that the building should have been shot from the center, but then I realized that you would have lost the silhouette of that wonderful bare tree! In my opinion, it adds a lot of interest to the shot, and creates a sort of 'grounding' and sense of place. Very well done! |

the tree takes up to much space in the picture. It would have helped if you would have moved around the tree and gotten more of the building |

Nice how the building is so orderly and the tree is so chaotic. |

The building on its won would be good, the tree on its own would be good, but both of them is too much. |
