Wow, GREAT framing, just wish the american flag on the btotom left wasn't there. At a different time of day, the shadow would be directly upwards which would've helped your symmetry. |

good centering, would like to see more contrast or perhaps at a different angle - sorry just doesn't 'jump' out at me. |

This is a neat photo... I have never seen a sun dial this big :) I'm wondering if a slightly different angle on this shot would have accented the dial a little more but it seems that you wanted to get the flags in the shot as well... good work! |

The little flag at the bottom is distracting. I like the central image and the shadow. |

Pity there wasn't a wind to get those flags flying. |

The sundial is cool, but it's dwarfed by the flagpoles in the bg. Better, I think, to get in closer and shoot for the smooth texture and reflections in the metal with some of the trees and sky for a background. |

I might have made it a teeny bit more contrasty, but maybe not either! I should be able to tell what time you took this... |

Nice compostition except the little flag at the bottom. This is good work. Congrats on a fine b&w. |

Nifty! The shine on the metal part is really liquid. I like it! |

Hmm... not being American I don't know what/where this memorial is, or what it signifies. I like the clouds in the sky, and the sundial, but that little flag peeking up at the bottom of the photo is a bit odd. I think the photo could have been framed in a stronger way. |

nicely exposed. Good tonal control. |

Great shot. Too bad you couldn't have the flags blowing in the wind (not counting off for that.) |

Nice use of centring subject to make the picture symmetrical. Small flag at the bottom is ditracting. |
