jamiepattee - 6/13/2002 Where's THE ROAD???????????
good one, hypocrite. maybe you've never had to pronounce words out loud before, but try these two: road. rodeo. moreover, 'hit the road' probably derives somewhere from american western culture, and ill be damned if we rode out to california in cars.
granted, it is indescribably, painfully cheesy. that doesnt mean you have to be a retard, and im not going to sit here and watch morons get away with shit while i get the can because drew doesnt like unhappy thoughts |

Cute idea with title. These are hard to get. Placement it not centered and detracks from interest area. High mark though for catching the moment which is always difficult. |

Good action photo. Suggestion, watch your panning, the bull should have room in the picture to run. |

Poor bull. I'm glad he got that pesky guy off his back. |

I don't see how this meets the challenge theme, except for the title. |

interesting there were 2 rodeo pics in this one. |

Other than the title, I do not see how this related to the challenge. |

The photo is okay, but in my opinion has strayed from the topic quite a bit. |

Without the title this doesn't fit the topic. |

Does this have anything to do with roads? |

This looks like a somewhat hurried shot so the composition isn't ideal. Obviously the lighting isn't ideal either, but you did a really good job of having just the right shutter speed to give a sense of action. You might try tighter cropping, lopping off the left and bottom. You might also get some improvement by increasing the gamma. |

This is rodeo rather than road in my mind. Caught some good action there, but all in all, still a snapshot feel: horizon not level, picture too dark. Turquoise thing in the foreground, budlight cut off. |

Not on a road really. Your framing is way off too. |

This is a little dark to me, but interesting just the same. Ouch! Tough guys. |

Yup, I'm getting the same coments by the narrow minded you are. Love your entry! He's going to feel that ride for a couple days!! |

Ouch! Good subject, but too much distracting stuff arround. Maybe more telephoto if your camera has it and tighter croping if you can. |

Ouch. I'd have straightened the horizon and cropped out Bud Light and the turquoise thing, leaving the horse and rider, the guy taking a picture of him, and the ambulance in the background. The rest is just distractions. |

This is a nice rodeo shot and nice action capture... there is nothing 'on the road' about it though.... |
