| Personally I don´t think a completely black sihouette this much without shape was the way to go here, if the title wasn´t there I would just be looking at a black blob that didn´t tell me anything. What I am getting at is that the shape should look more like a father hugging a daughter, again, without the title I wouldn´t know what I was looking at, it could be a melted candle, some kind of wood carving or just about anything. Anywaym, I really like the backround, very nicely lit and the wignetting looks good and the mood of the shot is pretty good so I gave it an above average rating. (6) |

| without the title, i wouldn't find any connection to the challenge. as an image, it is ok. i like the colors and i like the idea, but find the execution weak. the position of the subjects just doesn't tell me much. i could guess this is a father holding his daughter, being lit by a night-light, but there's just not enough there. maybe if her feet were showing, as if he were cradling her? yes, titles are part of the image, but the better images can stand on their own. |

| Great idea and well photographed. Minor complaint...since I can be simpled minded sometimes, I would of preferred the sillohuette be a little more obvious. |

| they are a little too close to each other for the silhouette to be descriptive on the scene,. WIthout the title it is a black blob. Where is the split between his legs? You can see he is wearing a tshirt, and yet it appears he is wearing a skirt beneath it? |

| nice idea, but would have liked it better if outline of girl were a little more distinct from that of father. |
