hi i'm from the CC
this image tells alot and i love that photojournalistic feel and this picture has much of it.
your white balance seems a bit off, in photoshop this is easy to correct using the levels tool. the tree branches coming in from the corner are a bit distracting as well and so is the big trunk because it creates a sort of line that leads to nothing.other than that the image is great i believe. |

Your photo gives me a kind of...timeless feel. Very fitting to the username you chose. Looks cold out there though...brrrrr. |

Great composition. Foreground and background are great. My only pick is that the tree on the bushy end isn't as clean as the rest of the shot. |

I like the idea but the light lets this picture down... it would have been great in better weather. |

Great image. I would have worked on the white balance a little more - snow coming off a little blueish. |

The horse really does grab my attention here. His contrasting color against the white snow. This one might also come across well in black and white. Give it a little more of a "cowboy" feel? just a thought |

if you make the snow white instead of blue, it would look a bit more natural. |

I like this very much. I wish there were more area to the right of the horse - just white negative space. Maybe crop right to the left of the cowboy and then have more area to the right so they aren't so centered. Lovely vista and the coldness really shows here. 7 |

more in keeping with the name, probably would have been better to not have the fence in the backgroung |

This is very nice. I think the snow is a tad too blue but that might be my monitor. I wish there were more light on the horse and cowboy, but under the weather circumstances I'm sure this is the best sun you could get. Nice image and I'd hang it up on my wall at work for sure. My office is a Texas/western cowboy theme so it would work nicely. :) |

I'm assuming the white balance is off in this image due to it's blueish cast. Good Luck. |
