| Yes he did. The soft focus might have something to with shooting through two panes of dirty window glass. ;-) |

| 8 - Very good. Nice color and composition. Like the snow/ice on the ground as an added element here. Criticism; difficult, as opportunity doesn't wait long (if indeed it was there at all), but 'if only' you got it 'taking a step'. Seems a little 'soft', whether that is focus or 'neat image' not sure, either way good capture. Just seems the snow/ice is slightlysharper, but difficult to discern at this size. Up to 8 from 7. |

| Nice capture of the blue jay, fits the challenge well. I like the bit of snow in the foreground as it adds to the photo. |

Awesome capture! Too bad your are just a touch soft. Don't get me wrong. I have plenty of these in my digital portfolio. You know, the shots that are just enough off that you bang your head against the computer desk...

| I think your focal point is just short of the mark but other than that it's a great shot and I would imagine difficult to get. |
