Under basic rules this image was a tough one: tweak the car and lose the sky; enhance the sky and loose the car. I have reworked the image under advanced rules here:

7 - Like this. Good perspective and symmetry seems good. Criticism; not much, perhaps a tweaking of the colors to get them a little more vivid may have helped this 'pop' a little more in my opinion.

This is nicely composed and has a lot of potential. The image is flat, you need to adjust the white levels, contrast and the color balance. Give it a try and you will see the difference.
