 this is tough. i don't know which to choose but i really like this pic i took from boracay. thus, i really don't care about ratings. this is my statement for 2006. i should have more pride in my work...and follow my heart.

The one the only Manny Librodo I presume. Nice work here whoever it is, I could possibly say that I don't like the reflections in her eyes, but I don't know if I am looking at her sorta funny. Beautiful child and expression and great use of DOF. Sweetness personified - in the child and the photographer who made such an image. 10/10

Would have liked the picture to match the title, she does not appear smiling or happy in her eyes. Is a lovely picture and I think well worth bumping up in score.

I've seen this pic in your pbase account & really, really , love it. It's deep & vast & that's just from the eyes. I think there is a distinct flavour to your photography that most dpcers are familiar with by now. I suspect that this will ribbon & rightly so. 10.

yes - I see it - the smile may not be on her lips, but is definitely in her eyes. Nice capture. I truly feel the eyes are the most important feature in a portrait shot. Eyes speak more than words.

Reflections in eyes are distracting, but color tones seem great---at least on my screen. Might have been a little better if the composition put the face a little more to the right with a little less unfocused area to the right.

Lovely portrait. Great eyes. THe lighting is spot on. I like the hint of reflection fro her earring is nice. Her hair wisps over her face add to it Gorgeous.
