 My son's basketball coach, taken during a game today (my son is the child in the foreground).

Shot at iso 3200 due to weak lighting using a 300mm lense at 1/60th of a second, so I was pleased with what I was able to accomplish with a steady hand and a good dose of Neatimage.

White balance, sharpening, USM via photoshop, neatimage cleanup, and then resize for web.

I think this hits the submission guidelines square on the head. Excellent example of a candid feeling "singled out" shot.

Good take on this challenge. His pose and the interest he is portraying here work well. Have you tried this in B &W or a slightly different crop? Perhaps the coach not being dead-center would work a little better? (6)

Nice shot, good use of DOF, but the composition is a bit boring, with the main subject in the middle of the frame.
