 I took this portrait of my daughter the other day. As I look at some of Leibovitz's portraits of woman, it struck me that thisportrait could be part of the collection. This little woman to be is perched on the edge of something wonderful - life, a world of opportunity just for her.

The original photograph was taken in color then converted to B&W. Blending layers and curves were used to achieve the tones which you see here. A warming filter was then applied at the end.

Nice tight crop that is a great sentimental photo as well. The BW sure is Leibovitz ;) I just wish the ear wasn't in the crop. Go tighter I say ;) Great job!

I did Leibovitz , too...this is lovely..what a beautiful child..and she is an Annie girl for sure :)
