 This is Ingunn Sigurpalsdottir who was kind enough to model for me during this session for this shot and also my "Blue II" entry. I actually liked that entry better but this one scored better, go figure huh :) Didn´t really have this challenge in mind when I shot this but I was aware of the challenge so I tried composing most of my shots off central so I could perhaps use one of them in this challenge. Was going to use some fill lighting but when we got to the location the lighting was just so beautiful I decided to see what I could do with just ambient lighting.

As for PP, I did a very slight selective curves on her eyes to bring them out a little bit more. Healing brush and then curves to increase contrast and sharpened after resizing. Gave the picture a slightly blue cast, and finally added some vignetting with the "lens corrections" filter. Finally sharpened a little bit after resizing.

beautiful face and eyes, great composition, you have answered the challenge extremely well...only issue is that the hair and not the eyes seem to be in best focus, but maybe that's just me...wonderful 8
