 Struggled for inspiration on this one.
Someone kindly pointed out that that my other abstracts had some elements of recognition in them, and therefore were not abstracts. (Thanks for the advice)

I think the large frame works well here. I know a lot people don't like frames, but this is good.

Hooray! An abstract entry that I think is worthy of a high score. I like it. Simple, yet intriguing. For me, the large outer white border is a bit too large, but good colors and use of negative space and form. Good luck in the challenge.

What this shot needs is a border.

All joking aside, well done abstract with great color and lines that lead you though the frame.

Now there's a proper title for an abstract :) Like the simplicity and the framing works well, too. There's a reflection on the red on the left turn ing it orange. Would've liked it better if that wasn't there.

One of my few 10s. This is beautiful with a great "high art" appeal. I love the frame as well (but I bet the border patrol is out in force). Lovely image! :)
